Chemistry is so so important. Should have kept Flip and Chauncey. And dumped Sheed. The way he acted in the play-offs the year before should have made that clear. Gotta keep Rip! His kind is too rare! We won after the Thomas-Dantley split, we can do it again after the Billups-Hamilton split ( I sincerely hope!) Defense and chemistry is the key! One good big man! We never knew what we had in the kid, in the first place. And we certainly could have gotten more value out of him.
