The timing couldn’t be more opportune for the Pistons tonight in Milwaukee where they’ll be taken on the injury ravaged Bucks. Plus, the Bucks are one of the few teams the Pistons have had success with this season winning by an average of 10.5 points, while holding the Bucks to 35.5% shooting in the team’s two meetings.
The Bucks are without out their top offensive player, Redd. Without their best defensive player, Bogut. And, without there starting point guard, Ridnour.
As irony would have it the John Hammond traded away backup PG Tyronn Lue just hours before Luke Ridnour broke his thumb in practice. That leaves Milwaukee with only one true PG in Ramon Sessions.
“We have to take full advantage of this opportunity,” McDyess said Friday at the Pistons practice facility. “They have a lot of players out. We have to pull these games out. We’ve had our issues of going through the motions and letting the game come to us. We can’t do that. We have to go out and be aggressive.” -DetNews
