Bucks @ Pistons
Posted by pistonsnationThe Pistons (9-5) will host the Bucks (7-10) at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Tip off is 8:00 pm est and can be viewed locally on Fox Sports Detroit.
Bucks’ Snapshot
Road record: 4-7
Last game: 11/26 (Weds) L 96-102 @ Hawks
Last 10: 4-6
Injuries: Andrew Bogut (bruised bone in his left knee -out), Michael Redd (sprained right knee -out), Luke Ridnour (knee – probable)
In light Allen Iverson’s practice transgression we’ll have a game as a subplot tonight. Instead of being professional and showing up to a one hour practice to build upon the win over the Knicks AI leaves his teammates hanging and simultaneously perpetuates his own stereotype.
A win tonight is a must to hedge some of the Iverson fodder and fall out that is on the horizon.
The Pistons will again face a short handed and undersized team. The Bucks are going to be without both center Andrew Bogut and guard Michael Redd. This will be another good chance for Amir Johnson to build upon his 12 point, 13 rebound (career high) performance against the Knicks.
Rodney Stuckey could be in for a big night starting in the place of the practice love’n Allen Iverson. Stuck is coming off his first career double-double (13 points and 11 assists) Wednesday and should continue to improve with his wrist feeling better after the Shaquille suplex that caused the soreness.
ALSO OF NOTE: Detroit has gone 3-1 against Milwaukee in each of the last three seasons … Brew Hoop game thread …
