• Hawk’s rookie Al Horford will not be in the lineup tonight against the Pistons. Horford was suspended for his flagrant foul on Toronto’s T.J. Ford. They’ll also be without Josh Childress who has a strained groin.
• How did Cheikh Samb do in his first D-Leauge game? I’m glad you asked. 12 points (6/13 shooting), 11 rebounds, 6 blocks in 40 minutes. Must have gotten a little extra aggressiveness after watching the Scarface DVD Jarvis Hayes got him.
• Tayshaun’s cousin, J.P. Prince, is rebounding from a near-death experience, and is now looking to help the University of Tennessee’s hoops squad.
