Posted by pistonsnationAnother Friday, another helping hand from YouTube. Here’s one of my favorite NBA commercials of all time. It’s a Minute Maid commercial starring Pistons’ legend Isiah Thomas along with 80’s basketball icons Patrick Ewing and Dominuque Wilkins. It’s not particularly funny or amazing, in actuality it’s a hunk of 80’s athlete product sponsorship cheese. But, it brings back memories. Remember when our heroes were larger than life types? Not gamblers, women beaters, illegitimate baby daddies, or gun wielding drunk drivers (well not that we knew of at the time).
