Since the Celtics have become relevent once again by trading for Kevin Garnett and we’ve recently locked up our 6th man, Antonio McDyess for two more seasons here’s a vid of the two of ‘em. The setup: Garnett takes exception to Dice forcing Mark Madsen to flop so he pushes Dice. Dice goes at KG and Garnett wants none of that, witness the hasty back peddling.

Personally I’ve never been much of a fan of Garnett’s, so him going to Boston is a treat for me because you combine two things I don’t like! (Puts me in mindset of ‘04, when not only did the Pistons win it all but in the process they cock trophy blocked Karl “The Failman” Malone.) I recognize KG’s skill, but he’s just not for me. A lot of people will tell you he plays with so much “emotion”. Are they talking about his yelling or theatrics? To me that’s just mugging for the camera. It also seems like I’ve seen him getting into more extra curricular on court stuff than most any other player…sorta like in this weeks TGI(YT)F feature. Also I was always of the opinion that he was a big part of the problem in Minnesota, making too much money or the Wolves to put anyone else around him. /
